Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped.

Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping fee: €12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over €50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our chic collection. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, and sale items. All other items in our collection (shirts, vests, dresses, shorts, and sweatshirts) can be returned or exchanged according to our policy.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be included

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
